Annie always makes me feel that my service experience has been excellent.
I think it’s unethical and bad business not to inform a repeat customer for over 6 years about a protocol $140 (asinine cost for a “diagnostics” test) diagnostics test fee for something that is not covered by the paid for warranty. I understand that some things are not covered once found but to slip a costumer the bill that honestly thought the problem was under warranty is beyond me. I waited for a response from the service manager and all I got back from the advisor was, “we aren’t going to do that today.” Annie the service advisor was calm cool and collected during this whole time and so were the others there. Beyond upset and warranty or not I will not be coming back to Key Auto Mall for my Ram, Grand Cherokee, or Wrangler. By the way the fix that was going to run me $420 on top of the $140 check was going to cost another certified technician facility $170 labor included. Your service department is a scandal. Thanks but no thanks

Annie is awesome. the tech that worked on my car DID NOT finish his job. I have to bring my car back AGAIN tomorrow for one simple step he forgot. Keep in mind I live 40 minutes away and get off of work AFTER the techs leave for the day (1630).

I was welcomed by name to my scheduled appointment by Annie Hewitt when I delivered my car. She had the job orders prepared and reviewed the work to be done with me. And I was on my way in a few minutes. Very efficient, personable, and welcoming experience for me. And Annie followed up with contacting me by text when the work was completed. For a business the size of Key Auto to recognize the importance of such a personal touch is greatly appreciated. It says to me that my business is important to Key.

Annie was great. Very professional, lovely personality. Give her a raise! And a bonus. You don’t find a lot of people with great customer service skills. For example, at a particular Walgreens one of the young cashiers drums his fingers while you process your debit card...every...single...time!, every single customer.

The only thing that would have been helpful was to have the car delivered rather than me (and Josh finally joined me) having to walk the lot trying to locate my car. Of course, a complimentary car wash would be really nice!!
