This is the first time I’ve had my vehicle serviced since I bought it at Key auto Mall, and to be honest, I’ve received a better customer service at dealers I’ve previously purchased from. I was unimpressed that I dropped my truck off right at the door to the service center but when I picked up the keys I had to walk all the way down to the end of the parking lot to get it. At my other dealership, they have it waiting for me right after I pay. And the service center employees when I walked in the front door just didn’t seem to have a really good attitude, maybe it was a bad day, but I heard one guy say to another employee that “he didn’t have time to do something for her”. Just not the level of customer service I project at my business, and certainly not what I expect to get after paying $50,000 for a vehicle. Overall, unimpressed.

The shop was very busy but the service was good and everyone I felt with was very professional and helpful.

Charged for things that were not discussed. Car is wobbly after being “fixed” brought back in was told it is the tires which I never had an issue with along with tech saying tires were good the first time I brought it in. All in all bad experience! Will not recommend going there!

Great service

The car felt dirty when I got into it. It was grimy. The floor was very duty. I think for paying over $5400 the car could have been clean. We were to get an oil change. We did get charged for it but there is no sticker indicating when the next one should be done.

Annie is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what is going on with my car. Great to work with!
