I made an appointment for a quick 8am recall. I had to call at 2:30pm because I had not heard anything. The answer I received was “I see your appointment at 8am but it hasn’t been started yet. Where is your car?” I didn’t know how to respond. I had dropped my car off the night before and handed my keys off to a service employee. My car was right outside the service department. Wonder what would have happened if I had never called?

1. Not sure if it's just the way chryslers are but it still hard shifts when going from park to reverse or drive. 2. Tire sensor was supposed to be fixed but it's already had an error saying to be serviced.

I was very surprised that Annie was no longer there, but Josh jumped in and took care of my vehicle. He was very pleasant and did a very professional job, he kept me well informed throughout the process. I left feeling very satisfied with the work Josh and the mechanic put into my vehicle. Keep up the good work guys.

Staff was very friendly and helpful the only complaint I have so I parked my car way towards the back of the fence and I’m handicapped some work with oxygen and I finally quit the horrific as I could even see it by the wise everything went great Joshua is definitely an asset to your company

I've had my truck in to get this issue fixed twice now and they kept my truck all day to call me at 4 pm and tell me to pick my truck up that I would have to bring it back when a tool comes in. Had it twice now and still have not done any work on my truck. Totally unacceptable!!!!!

We had a recalled ignition fixed and they forgot to put all the screws back in. They left them laying on the front driver side and passenger side floor.

Car is working great and pricing for the repair was on par with every other dealership. Only minor issue is my invoice says a 27 point inspection was done and my check engine light still seems to be on
