I would expect the service tech to discuss with me any items that need attention. When looking at the Inspection Report I found my brake lining is bad. I will have this repaired somewhere else since it was NOT discussed with me. Also, I scheduled my appointment online but there was no record of it. I was told it is a known problem but at least they were able to service my car in a timely manner.

Bill was so great to deal with! Best experience of my life at a dealership. I have always dreaded having to go to car dealerships. I worked with two different ones back home - Elmhurst and Lombard. Not good. It was super easy to drop off my new Highlander with Bill for its 6 month service. And I'm bringing in my older Corolla for service. I'm so grateful your dealership is not too far away (50 min). I'll definitely continue to use you for service and hopefully for a new vehicle in the next few years. Thanks - Julie C
