I was happy to get answers for my non-starting problem. I wish that on my initial call, someone would have told me the car would start with the fob placed by the power button.

I brought my 2 young kids to my tire rotation appointment thinking it would be a quick service and we would be out the door. We were there for 2 hours. Nobody communicated with me they were running behind or it was going to take longer than normal. I wouldn’t have brought them or would have just dropped my van off and left if I could have known we would be waiting so long.
