$849 for a broken gas tank strap? I replaced my alternator, myself, for $600. I realize that with a lack of new cars to sell, that the service department is probably keeping your doors open, but I have to work almost an entire week to bring home $850. My local repair shop closed its doors, I should shop around for something local.

They called just when I thought I should call them to juggle the day’s scheduled maintenance because a plumbing emergency had developed at home. We were able to come up with a perfect plan and I still had my car by the end of the day.

Satisfied with the work done but I question the tire measurements I was given. I rechecked them myself at home. I have the opinion that they were “shrunk “ to the low side to create pressure to immediately purchase new tires from your company. Almost immediately William used scare information about how the tires couldn’t be serviced and shouldn’t be driven on. I would recommend that you present facts and allow a customer to make decisions at their own pace. When this happens to me it is often the last time I do business at that company.
