John, is always very professional. Maps out each mileage mark and what needs to be completed per manufacture - Toyota suggest. He always accommodates my school bus schedule mu 4 hour window between morning and punching back in the afternoon. The quotes always match the $ when I pay the service invoice. That’s huge. Always a positive experience. Tks

Everyone was really friendly when we dropped the car off to get it looked at, even helping us unload the car, however when we picked the car up, it was almost as if they didn’t give a damn about us as customers any longer, because the sale was done. Typical salesman! Not one person from Toyota offered to help us load the car, and one dipshit from Toyota even parked behind our trailer, blocking it and asked what we were doing. 2 guys parked the courtesy cars right next to where we were trying to load the car, not once offering to assist. I’m assuming they couldn’t see the 25 other open parking spots in the same area where they could have parked, to give us a little room to load the car, considering they were of no help. We were referred to this location from someone who has purchased 2 vehicles from you and looking to buy a third. We were sure to let them know of the service we received and they stated they would be purchasing their next vehicle elsewhere. We will not be back!

I thought everyone was very professional, nice and helpful and worked with us to get the electrical issue fixed. For me, this is a a yes n no answer. I was completely satisfied with the customer service. But, the issue has not been completely corrected yet. They are still working with us to get it resolved. I feel it is one of those odd things that takes some time to investigate and get to root of problem. I still have faith it will be resolved! Thank you!

I only dealt with John at the end. I dealt with someone else when I brought my vehicle in for service. I had an appt at 10:30 and asked how long it would be for a tire rotation. Previous experience at other dealerships has been 20-30 minutes. I was told it would be 45 minutes. It took 75 minutes which seemed like a really long time to have tires rotated. I purchased tires at Anderson-Weber and my tire rotation is free so I wondered if other paying customers were serviced before me.
