I noted that the bumper was loose in the front. They lifted it and said they could see damage. If that is true then it happened before I purchased the vehicle. John said there was nothing that he could do and recommended I see the body shop. I asked what the damage was and he said that I would need to reach out to them. I made my frustration known and he reiterated that there was nothing he could do. I trust the integrity of Toyota’s to a fault so I didn’t do much of an inspection when I purchased the vehicle. I had since found out about all of the issues with the 3rd gen Tundras online including similar stories to mine. I called and spoke with Jason my salesman and I will be reaching out to Devin.

I was a disappointment that my car seat was not put back correctly after being moved up by your employee. Also there was a lot of dust on my glove box from it being opened to replace the cabin filter. Your employees that assisted me were very friendly.
