I arrived on time for my scheduled oil change at 8:30. It took until 10:30 to finish, which is quite surprising based on my past experiences here. Perhaps they were backed up or short-handed today, but I would have made other arrangements and not have opted to stay in the waiting area if I had known this was going to be a two-hour process. Maybe it was a surprise to John and Bill, too. They have always been very professional and efficient in communicating with me.

I had to have my vehicle in 3 times and each time I was treated with respect. I get my vehicle tomorrow and let’s hope the problem is fixed.

I took the car in for a recall inspection. I assumed that if it needed work for the recall, that work would have been performed while I was there. No one said anything about the work performed. I paid for my oil change and left. Once in the car I read the service performed on the car and it said parts ordered. I know nothing about that. I don’t know when the parts will come in. Usually someone from the service dept explains what was found and what was done. I didn’t get any of that this time

Jon is amazing! He is always so kind and helpful with whatever our issue is. He worked incredibly hard to figure out an issue I had from our vehicle that wasn’t even purchased at your dealership! Your service department with John is hands-down the best!

John, Jay, and the entire crew always do their best to get me in and out quickly, which I appreciate. They are fast, friendly, and do excellent work. They never try to upsell me products I don’t need, which helps build a trusting relationship between us. I am completely satisfied with Toyota and will recommend them whenever I can.
