I have had John as a rep several times now. He I has consistently tried to upsell services the car doesn’t require. The experience has me seriously questioning if I can trust your dealership to provide honest, quality service.

I purchased the 2012 Toyota Tacoma mid April 2023. I was told the fuel door was on back order until early June 2023. Understanding supply chain issues, I wasn’t upset. I then received a call from Chris Ludescher’s assistant Amber, I believe, that the it was still on back order until early July 2023. Apparently the part made it to you around June 11th. It was painted a then forwarded to the Service department (as I understand). Just letting you know this to improve your process.

Woyld like to have been asked if I wanted my tire. When they replaced the donut hole wherecthe faulty tire was placed when they put the new one on...they did not ask if I wanted to keep my tire.

I'm glad we didn't get charged for AC fill, I hope we can eventually figure out the problem. We love the vehicle, but decided we won't keep it if this issue cannot be fixed. For that reason I don't think we would buy another Lincoln

I was told it would cost me 900 and total was over 1300. I understand it's an estimate but I think roughly $100 on either side is realistic. I dont know that I would've gotten all the services had I known it was over $400 more than estimated
