Jon, is sooo very nice! SUPER patient, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. My adult son is visiting from TX. Jon got him and I in to service both of our 4-Runners, where we could drop one off, pick up the other. It went smoothly and effortlessly. I had several questions with both vehicles. That he answered in length. When I called to make the appointments, I got interrupted and it got quite nosey while I was on the phone. I apologized and he was just so patient with my chaos. I hate taking the time to service my vehicle and such, thanks Jon for making it easy! I appreciate you!
