Phoned 9/25/23 as indicated on my car that service was due. I was offered 10/18/2023 as the first opening, unless I was willing to purchase tires in October from Anderson Weber. If I purchased tires, my appt time would be moved "way up". For the past 2 weeks the msg on my dash board read Maintenance Required Visit Your Dealer. Disappointing that appointment times are awarded based on potential dollar amount spent.

My truck is still leaking oil and I am not happy after spending $2500. I think it should have been double checked before they said it was finished. Anderson Weber has quit carrying for there customers and all they worry about is how much they can charge and there reputation is really going down hill.

All are very nice when ever I go there . I was even escorted to the parts department so I could get a new battery in my mothers fob. The guys that have been there for years know my name and other customers as well.

John explained the maintenance that could be done when I said that I would be using it for several out of state trips. So for safety sake I wanted it checked over, since it is 15 years old and I would feel more confident if it was looked at. He proposed some reasonable service and I was and always have been very pleased with the Avalon’s servicing.
