Manager was great dealing with situation. The toyota credit card thing didn't go smoothly at all but 100% not the stores fault. Just thankful they were willing to work through it with me.

Up until this visit I’ve been thoroughly impressed with my experiences. I scheduled my visit over a lunch hour so I could wait and return to work on time. I specifically asked the service advisor if my car would be ready in an hour and he said yes. After an hour I went to the service counter asking about timing and a diff advisor told me it would be ‘just a few more minutes”. 35 minutes later it was done - leaving me there for roughly 95 min. I realize issues pop up but you should set expectations appropriately on the front end. I was late returning to work and had to reschedule a meeting with 6 others as a result.
