I appreciated the fact that Bill could get me in when I needed to get my car serviced. He was able to accommodate me when I could not get the car there myself. I will definitely always be a customer to Anderson and Weber!

No need to call. Service used to be the best. Not so much anymore. Too many things to mention in the past couple years. I understand staffing etc has to adjust to times but just doesnt seem the same. Today, There were greesy footprints on my driver's side floor mat. That has never happened from the many years of going there. Also, other things not mentioning. Just don't want to see one of my favorite places go down hill.

Transmission operated noticeably better after it was flushed. I will look into having the gear fluid in the transfer case and differentials changed.

Didn't change window sticker. Could have let me know it was only a 20 minute service. I wouldn't have had to arrange rides.
