John went above and beyond to help us get a new tire on our way to Illinois. We had a terrible experience in Iowa City and John was willing and able to help us get back on the road. We had our dog with us and everyone was very accommodating and kind. Thanks a million! You guys saved the day.

I notify service that I had a problem with the right sun visor retainer. when my car was done nothing was said about my visor. I checked visor and problem is still there. What do I do drive back to dealership and ask about it or do I call ?What do I do?
