I always know my car and my safety are in good hands at Anderson Weber. William always greets me with a smile and a full explanation of the service my car will receive with this visit. I am always confident my car will be taken well care of. William always calls me to tell me my car is finished. There have been other times in the past that William has been very helpful when I have had an issue with my car. He is a fantastic representative for the service dept at Anderson Weber. Thank you William for always taking good care of my car and me.

My car was finished and out of the shop but nobody notified me in the waiting area. After an hour I found the car out in the lot and went to the cashier and my ticket was there. Also there was a middle rating on my battery but it is the highest grade Toyota battery only around 2 years old. Also my exhaust system was in the middle yellow rating but nobody explained why.

The past two times I have come in for an oil change (only) it has taken 50-65 minutes. I was hoping a midday appointment would be faster when I scheduled at 1:15. The staff has always been friendly, I have no other issues and have otherwise been extremely satisfied with Anderson Weber.

I had my tires rotated and when I left with the vehicle and got down the road I noticed that the low tire pressure indicator was on. I would have imagined this would have been checked seeing how it was tires that were being serviced.
