John was a friendly face when I got out of my car this morning - vey helpful and answered every question I had. When the battery died on my last car I called the service dept on a Sat right before noon- John assured me that they would stay & fix my car. When I arrived he was true to his word! I was so appreciative! Today was another good experience.....the service department at Anderson Weber is awesome. (Suzanne ****)

Very frustrating. He told me I needed my brake fluid changed also, are you approved at the same time I approved the brakes and when I picked my car up he had not done that I have had issues before and will not be returning to Anderson Weber

I brought my car in today to take care of an emission problem. I was satisfied but now the emission light is still lit up that is on my front panel when I am driving. Now I have to take the car in for more service to see if I am having anymore emission problems, Monday morning. I sure hope I will not have to pay for it again. Thank you **** and Jan Wachter
