When we went to pick up our car the mechanic was sitting at the desk and said we could just go pick up our keys. Never said much else. I understand that curt was busy at the time but when we went out the door he still never followed up, My husband stopped in the service area on the way out the door to ask a couple questions he had. Always been happy with the service at Anderson but even my husband was disappointed today. We had to read the service sheet ourselves which is ok I guess,but have always had someone talk to you at the end of the appt. Disappointed in this visit.

Curt usually makes me feel like he genuinely cares about my wifes safety. He takes very good care of her, explains things very well and is truly genuine with us! We definitely like dealing with him!

The only issue I had was being charged 50 for activating the new tire pressure sensors I had installed on my new rims. At 5000 miles I would have had my tires rotated, which I believe would have cost more labor dollars than activating new sensors. Just saying.
