When I made my appointment I wanted a problem I was having with my Bluetooth fixed. When my car was done I asked if they took care of Bluetooth problem and it was not noticed on the original order. I was told I could leave car another 1-1/2 hours so it could be looked at and would try a upload to Bluetooth to see if that would correct it. Why wasn't It checked when the car was in the shop..like I requested when appointment was made. I had another commitment so had to reschedule to another date.

Great service with one exception. This is the third time the technical has left black dirt on my carpet, threshold of the driver side door and petals. I wish they cared about not making a mess.

I am not terribly concerned but I was suppose to be credited the cost of a wheel rotation. That credit did not show up but I am fine with it showing up on my next bill.
