When I arrived at the service center all of the men were gathered around a desk and looked at me as I walked in. It took awhile for the first service person to speak. I had called previously to make the appointment and he acted as if he didn't know the reason I was there- and I felt as if I was being talked down to or made fun of. The shuttle driver was 15 minutes late and parked across the street called me and was rude about making him late- even though the GPS took him to the wrong place. He was careless when driving and was swearing. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will take my Toyota to be serviced else where as well as skip Anderson Weber when shopping for future vehicles.

Seems an hour & 20 min for an oil change & tire rotation is too long. Certainly Bill had nothing to do with this though.
