The air flow from the passenger side vent is still weak. There may have been a miscommunication as to the affected side. Apparently the work was done on the driver side which had been working okay before and after the service. I picked up the car at 5:15 and discovered the passenger side vent weak. The service technician acknowledge it and he said they would try to address it the next time I came in.

I appreciate the honesty and the offer to find me a used part for my 2006 SIENNA that already has 158,000 miles. I will be back when I know you are looking out for my interest. BTW: The 15,000 mile check I had done for $125 in 2015. Now you want $175. That is excessive for what is done.

My car now accelerates on its own and shifts very poorly since I had it in the service department. I will be calling to get that checked out as safety is of concern now.
