Brought the car in specifically because it was pulling to the right. This wasn’t even mentioned in the service order, just that it needed a tire rotation. Still pulls to the right and the problem is still there

Jon was willing to explain what was wrong with my brakes. He was incredibly candid with me, and I didn’t feel like he was lying just to make more money off me. He and the team there have really become people I trust with my vehicle. The only way my service could be improved is to have a payment plan so I could afford to get all my brakes replaced rather than just the front. I hope they find a trustworthy third party service to help with that.
