The issue was diagnosed as confirming a problem in November. When I brought my car in to have the fix put in place, I was questioned about whether or not it should be done, because the issue wasn't occurring today, and he suggested I just bring it in next time it happens. I appreciate a service writer being mindful of costly repairs, but when it had previously been diagnosed, I was kind of irritated, especially since I made the appointment and hour-long drive to fix it, and it isn't practical to "just bring it in."

If you have questions on car call me. Don’t try to convince her , my daughter to let you put die in oil to find a leak that is not there. The oil level is always correct and my garage floor never has oil on it

I was not told how long it would take. Also, there were a couple of dirty spots on the exterior that appeared to be grease. Otherwise everything was very good.

For 40 years I was the High School Principal in Guttenberg, Iowa and also the Superintendent of Schools in Garnavillo, Iowa. I have dealt with thousands and thousands of students. This Jon Heller that you employ is absolutely stunning. His ability to communicate, to make people feel comfortable, and make them feel welcome is absolutely phenomenal. You are so fortunate to have him.
