I don’t need to be contacted. I felt like I was being scammed. I’m sure that it’s just the normal maintenance but it felt like the benefit/need was never explained and when I was texting the info to my husband, it seemed like that was a problem too and was told it would be on my paperwork. It just didn’t sit well with me.

My alignment is off now after tire rotation. My tires were wearing a groove to inside of tire so rotated tires differently

John realized I was in a tough spot. Running errands for my employer and experienced car issues. He arranged for a loaner so I could get back to work. Had my car fixed the very next morning. Very accommodating. Very nice person to work with. Thank you for being at the right place at the right time.
