I drive40 minutes to Anderson Weber just to get an oil change. I pass up a lot of places that can do the same device. Their is a reason for that. Today was a good example of that. Because of an issue my car service was delayed. They informed me why and then compensated me for my time. Because of their service department I will most likely purchase my next vehicle at this dealership. I guess you could say I am satisfied. By the way I don’t know anyone who works there.

John always does a professional job! That means a service review of possible services but allows his customer to turn down some services and not pressure or make the customer feel like they are making a mistake. He is very clear about doing safety related service items.
