I was going to pick up my kids after school. They finished my oil change in 30 minutes and I was able to pick my kids up on time.I'm going to keep using the service department at Anderson Weber Toyota for my Sienna.

Waited 2.75 hrs in the lounge for a oil change & tire rotation when the service took less than an hour. My keys & paperwork were brought to the counter but I was not made aware it was done. Every person that waited & had service done had someone come tell them their vehicle was ready. I guess I should have gone to the counter sooner as I thought it was odd as it never takes that long. I was told that a text was sent. I rec’d the first one when I checked in but did not get one saying it was done.
