The only constructive comment I would make is that when my service was complete they said "your car is parked right out front". When I walked out front my car was no where in sight. I walked 1/2 down two isles of cars in the area where I assumed they park vehicles when service is done. I ended up catching an employee in the service dept. who went to find my car and drove it up. He apologized and said it should have been parked right up front. Just a heads up for the future and others!

We have (4) Toyota vehicles. We would not own anything else. We have been buying our vehicles from Anderson and Weber since 1975. Russ Weber is the best Sales person and John is our one and only service guy....what wonderful service from Anderson and Weber!! Cathy White ****-****-xxxx

Today my 4Runner required a lot. Bill informed me that it could take a while and He provided a loaner so I could go to a meeting in Platteville. I trust his advice and recommendations. Also, he assisted me at the completion of service with showing me how to check oil levels. I am very satisfied with his help and advice with my 4R. I've worked with other Toyota service managers and have learned that Bill is "the best"!

My drivers side tire nearly fell off . Lug nuts were not tightened. Sorry, but I will not be back. My family could have been killed to this oversight

I was actually a little better than satisfied with the service. John helped organize everything, but also did the due diligence of doing some digging to find out that two-thirds of the work that was done was either a recall or an extended warranty. I was really impressed with the service and the delivery of everything from start to finish. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. Thank you!
