I don’t think the problems were Shane’s. He took over after the issues started. First I was told the work would take about 1.5 hours. 2 hours later the truck was not finished and there had been no updates. At about 2.5 hours I was informed my truck was finished. First I noticed the mileage for the oil change wasn’t reset. After I got that taken care of and was informed that I didn’t actually get an oil change because of synthetic oil, I headed home. I quickly discovered that my brake master cylinder warranty work was not done correctly and the brake padal almost went to the floor. I returned to the dealership the technician tried to tell me I didn’t know how my truck should brake. Finally they took the truck in but couldn’t get it bled properly. They gave me a loaner to go home with a assurance that I would get a call Saturday morning with an update and if it was finished my truck would be delivered. Saturday morning at about 11:30 I hadn’t heard anything yet so I called. No one in service answer so a message was taken by the person who answered the phone originally. About noon I hadn’t received a call yet so I called again. This time I did talk to a service writer who said the truck was done. I asked when it would be delivered and was told it couldn’t be delivered. Yes I was upset. I drove in and picked up my truck and just when I was pulling into the parking lot, Shane called me and told me my truck was finished and he would be delivering it. Not a good service call. If you would like more details please call. Also, can someone stop the stupid texts saying my truck is in good hands and will be finished soon.
After waiting 40 minutes for a Courtesy ride I called my wife who picked me up. Good thing I didn’t have to be somewhere.
The Anderson Weber staff is top notch- I actually like everyone from the service staff to the drivers to the sales staff.
Quick service! Friendly as always. We had bad weather and the staff drove my car right up to the door so I didn’t have to walk out in the lot in the bad weather. Very much appreciated!! Will continue my service here even after warranty is done. Very clean facility.
Positively outstanding! Driver’s side wiper fixed, no noise wipes smooth. Curt made sure it was fixed right and covered a defective wiper blade under warranty. I work hard at maintains a clean car. I always check under the hood after an oil change. Generally, some clean up is required. This time spotless...no oil on the cap around the oil inlet or anywhere else in the engine compartment. Curt, you and your team exceeded my highest expectations. Hooray for Anderson Toyota!!!
