I really didn't know the meaning of service excellence until I met Mr Martin. It makes me wonder who owns and manages this dealership, who it was that understood that Mr Martin could provide customers with such extraordinary experience. And that's not all. I also met your sales manager, Mr Lapier, who took the time to introduce me to the dealership, it's architecture, and his enthusiasm for the products you sell. And the three other folks who I met only briefly, that not only made me feel welcome, but comfortable. I'm knocked out about you guys!

The entire experience was fantastic! Anderson Weber is awesome! We have purchased two used vehicles from you and service all three Toyota’s with you!! Bill did a great job keeping me informed of cost and progress of my repair. Very personable . The only problem I had (not Bills fault )with the experience was your mechanic failed to check tire pressures I had requested . I had to make a second trip back to your facility.
