told me I needed new wipers when I just got a new set a month earlier and they worked fine in the rain storm last night. Maybe a little too pushy on wanting to do all kinds of service,when all i wanted was a oil change.

The Toyota team in Dubuque is the best! I can choose to go anywhere to get my car serviced, but I go there because I have never had such excellent customer service anywhere else. You are treated like an individual and like you matter.

My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I left about 10:45 AM. I was told that it would take about one hour and 10 minutes. At 2:43 I had not heard from anyone so I called and while I was on the line I got a call from AndersonWeber to say that my vehicle was ready. So someone slipped up in not calling me because not take four hours to simply change oil in my vehicle. The courtesy ride was appreciated.
