Curt as always was wonderful! I did send this to Jeff about an unpleasant experience with the detailing department and didn’t receive a response. Hi Jeff, I wanted to write you about my experience at Anderson Weber. I have been coming to your dealership on and off (because of living and not living in Dubuque) for about 10 years. Up until this point, I have had wonderful service and you have a top notch crew. I cannot tell you how many people I have recommended to Anderson Weber because you are always fair, affordable, honest and reliable. Unfortunately, I received some of the worst service I've ever experienced last week when I had my car detailed. I booked the appointment with Fernie, which took over a month to schedule (not a problem you all are busy). I didn't receive a reminder notice, also ok, I had it in my phone to remind me, just in case. I dropped my car off the night before arranged for a ride home and to work the next day. I called the dealership at 3pm to see when my car would be finished, Liz told me they were extremely busy and someone would call me back. 5:20pm rolls around, still no call. I call back, I'm told they have my car all ready and the keys would be in the car, but your credit card system was down so I would have to pay the next day. I get to the shop about 7pm, to my surprise, no car. I ask the sale person since the shop is now closed, if they have seen my car. They have no idea where it is, and they can't locate it. Another sales person comes up and says the car must be "downstairs" but they don't have keys, so they aren't sure where my car is either. I tell everyone that it's ok I will call in the morning. I call at 8am, they tell me no one is in, and they'll call back when Fernie is in to find out where my car is. Curt (service manager) calls back and asks if I have a Rav 4, I own a Mazda 3. I tell him no, I own a Mazda 3, and ask if they have located my car, still no one has any idea where my car is located, I'm told Fernie will call me back. Curt calls back shortly after saying they've found my car and it's ready. 9 am I get to the dealership, Fernie is at the desk, I ask him if he knows what happened with all the above. Which he promptly tells me he has just learned about this issue this morning, and it's not his problem. Which he tells me 3 times, at this point I'm frustrated tell him they lost my car, no call back and it is his problem, it's his staff. He tells me I should have called him, I called the dealership countless times, and even when they did FINALLY find my car, Curt called me back. An apology at the very least would have been nice, but I was lied to and basically told it was my fault for my car being lost for over 24 hours. I can not speak highly enough about Curt and Liz, but the pure lack of caring from Fernie makes me want to steer clear of Anderson Weber. Thank you for listening and reading my concerns. A week and two trips to Dubuque later $536.00 poorer I still have the Same problem I started with. The engine light is on and the car is still chugging.

Everything looked good but one 2 areas...i was supposed to have a door molding replaced..i had the shop manager go over all things that were done on my vehicle...one out of 2 moldings was not satisfactory so i am waiting for a call about what they will do to correct the issue...also an area on the roof was either over buffed or not buffed enough..so thst needs to be corrected also

I was very happy with the service. Shane was extremely personable and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Multiple people checked in to see if I’d been helped. Everything seemed to be running efficiently and with the customer in mind.

The customer service was awsome! Staff were all very helpful. The problem is that my Vehicle is still making noises. I have an appointment to bring it back in on Thursday after speaking with John.
