Timothy was amazing with my little boy! He offered him a toy truck and took him to see the cars on the lift. Being alone that day with two little boys, this truly was amazing! The little things mean a lot, thank you!

I am not sure why it took an hour and a half to find out that more parts were needed for the job. “George” be the name on the account in the computer, but Brenda is the one who brought the van over for service; so if the goal is to personalize the messaging, it would be nice if her name were used instead of George.

Shane is the Service Representative I have had the pleasure of dealing with in YEARS. He deserves a Congratulations from management at Anderson Weber Toyota for his communication and friendly I teractio with customers. I was truly impressed with his professionalism while maintaining a caring attitude. If I ever had a Company Shane would be the first person I would want in my employment.
