John always makes me feel comfortable when I or husband arrive with car. I usually dealt with Bill when I was working 6+ yrs ago...and I really liked Bill too. He's a bit more friendly and upbeat than John is. Sometimes 6+ yrs ago when I would have John, he looked like he was either in pain...or more quiet than Bill. But Bill would stop at Kwik Star where I worked to pick up lunch for he and/or other staff, so knowing him from AW made me feel good about him patronizing a place I worked, since I think the world of AW in Dubuque, IA. For cripes sake, you could eat off the floor, it was so clean, plus I loved the massage chair in the waiting area and appreciate the use of computer!! AW is #1 in my books! Thank you for treating your staff with respect and hopefully paying them what they deserve. Chris Ludescher is my salesperson and besides that he's so handsome..he is so good at how he handles a deal, works quickly, explains features of new car and just a true gentleman and professional!!

Always a great experience.
I felt like I had to direct the maintenance that was being done on my car. This is the second time in 2 months that I have had to make a follow up appointment for a service issue that wasn’t properly taken care of on a single visit. Additionally, the service manager I was working with came off as coarse and not empathetic to my inconvenience.
Despite the poor experience, I was pleased to have met Tim. Tim was more helpful than the service manager and even had paperwork ready for a loaner car.
William Stierman was simply amazing. I did not have an appointment,I was from out of town, short on time and I needed an oil change. I spoke with him the evening before and he suggested I’ve at the shop at 7:00 am and he would do his best to fit me in. And he did just that,I was back on the road at 7:30.
The service center was waiting for me. The service was completed within the projected time. The waiting area was neat and clean and decorated for the holidays. There was current magazines and newspapers.
The staff at Anderson Weber was very friendly and accommodating. William explained everything that was going to be done on my truck.

Timothy was efficient and good humored. He also noticed that the windshield wipers needed replacing. Driving home in the rain/snow/sleet tonight I was so glad he did !!
