Absolutely, Shane did an excellent job of explaining what would be done and what was done when I picked the car up. Makes it easy to schedule maintenance at Anderson Weber. My vehicles will not go anywhere else.

I wanted to make a connection with a service person who had expertise, experience, patience and the ability to give time when needed. I haven't yet found this and would not have returned if not found today. Tim spent timethat made me trust him. Although not a long- time employee of your dealership, he spoke highly of your dealorship and represented you well. I'm figuring the time spent today is the beginning of a good relationship. Thank you, Tim. Oh, by the way, once I trust I will not require the time I requested today.
