I appreciated that He told me when tires usually go on sale. Look this economy **** and money is tight. I’m far more likely to get my next car where I don’t think I’m getting ripped off.

The reason we chose Weber was because we trust you. We have even found better deals on the internet, but they don't have the services you do. Your sales men--in particular MrWolf & Mr.Welhelm made us feel like we didn't miss any perks. Thanks!

It took three months to get a cracked plug on the wire harness of our 2018 Highlander fixed. We had to call several times to get Anderson Weber to order the parts. We had to make several calls to find the status. Every time we were assured we would have a representative call back and address the issue. No follow up at all. The whole time our wire connector was held together with electrical tape. The only positive comment I will make is when we asked to speak with the Service Manager, we finally saw improvement with how our issue was handled.
