I take my Prius here everytime it’s due for oil change or other maintenance requirements. I have now started taking my sons car here. It is absolutely convenient, and the staff is phenomenal!! It’s a great experience and they get oil changes done in a timely matter!

My vehicle was bought used from a Toyota dealership in a Cedar Rapids. I believe all maintenance had been performed at that dealership. Was told by Anderson Weber that the vehicle records weren’t available when attempting to up sell service for 90,000 miles. I am surprised that the service records are not shared among dealerships, and if they are shared, I am disappointed in Anderson Weber noting something different.
