I was a little disgusted when the person checking me out handed me my keys and touched my paperwork with dirty hands that had visible orange Doritos dust on them. She only proceeded to inadequately clean her hands after I made a comment that she was going to give me everything covered in orange dust.

I had an earlier appointment scheduled for Tuesday morning and no one called me no one told me I even dropped the vehicle off my mother was receiving texts for my vehicle which she also has the same vehicle and they finally figured out they were texting the wrong person when she let them know and then I called to tell them the same thing and they informed me that they did not have parts and haven't had parts and no one informing before my appointment so I left my car there for nothing
