The Service Team was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They serviced our vehicle promptly, let us know when it was completed and provided all the necessary services required at the time. They also provided us additional services that were due upon purchasing our new Toyota. Thank You!

Took over 2hrs.for my oil change and wheel bearing check ( which I didn't get charged for the wheel ckeck thankfully )...but the service counter guy apologized forit,so it was all good because he explained everything well to me about wheel bearings and tires. Thx

I thought the scheduler was unfriendly. It took roughly 2 hours instead of 1 which hampered my schedule for the rest of the day. My Thermos brand water bottle came up missing. I'm quite sure it was in the vehicle when I dropped it off. It wasn't there at pick up. Anyway I don't have it. The lady at the desk was friendly, but put virtually no effort to look for it.

To be honest, he was a little rude. He made it sound like I showed up at the wrong time for my appointment and would have to work me in when I was 15 minutes early! He also just handed me the bill and never went over anything to tell me everything was ok or not.
