The service was excellent as usual. But the gentleman who drove the courtesy vehicle was like a New York cabbie, weaving in and out of traffic and driving way too fast for Dubuque streets. He also acted rushed and inconvenienced, making no effort to engage me in any type of conversation. It was an uncomfortably silent 10-minute ride. I did not express any negativity during our encounter so I don’t know why he was like this. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I have a squeak in the car that they could not replicate. But, as soon as I got in the car it did it again. I stopped back and had someone go for a ride with me and he heard it as well. I’m disappointed at what I consider a lack of effort to find and fix the problem. The car has done it several times since I left the dealership. I will be documenting the problem for a few days.

I told my wife how great the service was at Anderson Webber & "J" Heller certainly played a key role in that regard today. Wish it was a Lexus Dealer as we own two Lexus vehicles but I sure trust them w/our service needs. Great job!! Keep up the good work!

It only has 40000 miles on it and drives like new. Your service department takes too good of care of it for me to consider trading They are the greatest! This is the first time I had the pleasure of working with Jon Heller and I am. Very impressed. His personality is superb and he is very thorough. Someone made an excellent choice when hiring Jon.

It was pleasant dealing with John, my appointment was scheduled last minute, and even at a busy time he was courteous and polite.I would rate him an A for Customer Service.
