Hi drop of my truck at 8:45 for service , the promise time was 10:15 , they didn’t have it ready until 3:30, I called 3 times to inquire about my truck, I talked to 3 different persons and they end up transferring me to a voice mail. I would never go back to mk smith , same think with your sales person and finance , I end up buying my truck in riverside . I wanted to stay local , unfortunately you have really bad customer service .

I had GM splash guards installed on my 2025 Blazer. I noticed the passenger side rear wheel well felt is loose. There seems to be a fastener missing causing to wiggle/move around. I will need to return to your dealership to get this repaired. Please give me a call to schedule this repair. Thank you, Al Reyes ****-****-xxxx

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Called me and said my vehicle was done but they couldn’t do the tire rotation because they couldn’t find the wheel lock. Shouldn’t the dealer have the wheel locks for their own vehicles? But anyways, the lock was in the glove box. If they had just opened it they would have seen it. Second, when I went to pay, I must have bothered the cashier because she was reading a book. She made a sigh and looked mad I interrupted her reading.
