He was friendly. answered akk my questions and addressed my concerns. I had issues at aanother dealer in getting oil all over the engine compartment and another visit all over the frame. I explained this to him and he went out of his way and said he checked to ensure no oil. He is a good listener which is important.

Look, you sold me a car that was the ultimate piece of sh-t, I owned nothing but Chevrolet’s until you sold me this LEMON Cruze, now, I will never buy a GM product ever again. Can you imagine hearing that I need to spend close to 2K to pass a smog on a car that’s 11 years old that has a KBB value of $3500? I don’t blame the dealership but I’d be a complete retard to trust a General Motors product at this point. Hopefully, GM goes out of business and MK Smith becomes a Toyota or Honda dealership.

As always,Jay did an awesome job as our service advisor. We appreciate his dedication for providing top-notch customer service & support. On a different note, you need a new cashier! How could I be satisfied when you guys never fixed? The issue with my vehicle, then it cost me close to $2000 and I still have the same problem. Honestly, Jennifer, I wish you guys would notify GM and ask for some real professional advice on how to fix my vehicle.
