Gary gave excellent customer service from when I dropped off my car to when he called to tell me it was ready - remembering the conversation we had had earlier, and answering questions when I picked it up. One note I have, though, not about Gary, but about your service in general is that just today I noticed that you list necessary services on the invoice receipt, but don’t mention them in person. I think it would be better to tell people what to expect at their next appointment, so they can budget accordingly.
