I made my appointment on line. I was assigned Gary as my advisor. Although Gary was great, i do not agree with your process on how advisors are assigned. I arrived early and Gary already had two customers waiting for him. During my wait, two other advisors were just sitting and did not have anyone they were helping. I asked if they can help me and the lady said “No, Gary shouldn’t be much longer.” Not a good answer when you are in the customer service industry. For this reason alone, I will not be turning to your dealer.
