Jennifer was terrific. She kept me up to date daily on the progress of my vehicle. It was finished sooner than anticipated which was amazing. Right now I’m having cancer treatment and have to drive to the hospital daily. I was so concerned at how long the car would be inoperable as it’s much needed right now. No car wash with a $450 service. The least you could do is provide a voucher for a local car was. I also feel like I can't add on extra concerns at this dealership because there's so much you don't do on certain days. I do not recommend this dealer. Thumbs down. Nicest maintenance rep though.
