I know you don’t give discounts On oil changes. But it would nice to help senior citizens On all service to help us with our budget. My Honda dealer gives senior discount on AAA membership and seniors. Just a thought. Thanks, Frank B

A simple software update broke my car. Was then given a junky 10 year old loaner car that I had to drive for 4 days that was filthy dirty and REEKED of cigarettes. Was offered no solution or compensation even after raising concerns both in person and via email.

Gary is a good service advisor but I do have concerns about my transmission that you repaired/serviced for me. It is making the same sounds like before you changed out the gears, pulley and serpentine belt. Gary mentioned that your transmission team was very busy. Please advise when it would be ok to bring my truck back to have you recheck/follow up on my transmission issues.

The paperwork said all fluids checked but that was not the case. A couple of days later I was cleaning the inside of the hood and noticed that the coolant level and brake fluid were low so I filled both. I know things happen. I’m always happy with the service I get there and will continue to bring my truck to M.K.
