Not a huge deal, but this is the second time I've shown a coupon a check-in and when I was ready to pay, the coupon had not been applied. Also, with the last two oil changes, I have specifically asked not to have the tires rotated. The last time I was in, the discounted price ($49.95) was discounted an additional $5-10 for not having the tires rotated. This time, even though I didn't have the tires rotated, I was charged the full discounted price of $49.95. I was expecting that additional discount and didn't receive it. One final thing. It would be great if you guys considered allowing appointments to be scheduled for oil changes. I am a stay at home mom, and I almost always have to bring the little ones along. Inevitably, when I show up, there always seems to be a 1.5-2 hour wait just for an oil change. It would be so nice if I had an appointment and knew I could be in and out in 45 minutes. Thanks!

Oil change, inspection & tire rotation were performed satisfactorily. My initial service coupon offered a wash which was not done. Hopefully this will be offered and done at the next service visit.

The car was not clean, tools were left in it making me question to attention to detail. The tires were over inflated, label on the door said 33 pounds I measured 38. Failed to put on the sticker for the next oil change. Overall I was not satisfied with the attention to detail., How do I know he did a good job on the brakes?

The pricing on service is very expensive, I have been disappointed with the service costs. I would certainly suggest lowering prices; $100 for fluid change is a bit steep.

We presented the coupon for synthetic LOF and tire rotation and the coupon wasn't applied. We caught it later and came back. The representative was more than happy to reverse the transaction and apply it.
