They took 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and said they would vacuum the front but did not. Just kinda made me wonder if they did all the other things on the check list? Very nice guy at the service desk I would give him a 10.

I went in for the $29.95 oil change and tire rotation which I ,entiones to Alex when checking in (he did not ask to see coupon on my phone). I was told that because my car uses synthetic oil, it would be $10 more and I said that was fine. I also mentioned that I had just washed my car but would appreciate the vacuuming. I also mentioned that the tire pressure light had shown up so requested that the tire air be checked. While waiting for my car, Alex brought the air filter and said it could use replacing ($30) and I agreed. When my car was done, the bill came to just under $100, my car had been washed and not vacuumed, and the tire pressure light was back on. I called and received the service voice mail, left a message, and waited 1 1/2 hours before calling again. I went back and the man at customer service vacuumed and checked the tire pressure. He also apologized and said that someone new had serviced my car and would be told to pay more attention to details. Really?! I feel I was overcharged and underserviced and am not pleased.
