Am concerned about my 90,000 mile Michelin tires. Have 60,000 on them and the service report says 4/32nds tread. I measure 3/32nds or less. Nathan says they cannot be adjusted until they are down to 2/32nds all the way across. Am planning a couple of extended trips in near future and am not comfortable with these tires. May have to shop for new tires. An example at the service desk says tires should be replaced at 3/32nds and are possibly illegal at 2/32nds.

The Rav4 had 600 miles on it and started flashing malfunction and no accessories would work , your adviser saw what it was doing . I left the car and they called me shortly and told me I caused it by messing with the steering wheel controls . I just laughed and thought what a dumb thing to tell a customer, I know they were baffled by the cars strange read out and I understand that . They some how cleared it and I got it back to Indiana where my Toyota service fixed it today , both your service advisors that were there blaimed it on me . LOL

Hosmer Toyota and the service team always take care of my vehicle service needs . I did have a question about my passenger side lights but know that I can ask about it on my next visit. I went in as an emergency battery replacement and oil change so there was probably not time to complete the check. It is not a big deal, my headlight works, I think the other two bulbs are out. I believe those light assemblies are very time consuming and intense to work on with the older models. Thank you for all you do. Deb K
