The serviceman was polite and explained that if my alignment was fine, I would not be charged for checking it out. That was nice. If it needed fixing, as I was pretty sure it did, he stated the price that would be charged so I knew up front, the cost. He also checked into the detailing I needed and told me he would try to get it in but explained that they might be booked. I was therefore, not promised something that he couldn’t dsliver. When I picked up my car, he suggested that I bring it in next week which I plan to do. No surprses...just honesty.
