I think $101 is steep for them to tell me it COULD be one thing but they don’t really know. I don’t mind paying for diag if they can figure out what the actual problem is, but I don’t feel like that’s what happened. No pressure test was done, don’t even know if any codes were ran, and if they were $100 for doing something that takes a couple minutes??? Was a bore scope used to see if anything was leaking? Seems like a bunch of guesswork to me.

I think you did not listen completely to my concerns and you brushed them off like i had no sense i was not happy at all and then the motor noise you tell me was a fuel pump well what does that mean beside thd fact your greeting and people skills need improvement i left with still a concern and very unsatisfied dont believe that this vehicle sjould ride like it does or have the fuel pump noise i will state my feelings to all i need to in order to get my concerns drlt with

I called Adam when I was on my way home from Minneapolis on Friday. My car had flashed a warning light and he said to bring it in Saturday morning though the schedule was full so they could check out what wa going on. Really appreciate that!
